I typed this up around this time let year and totally forgot about it, so here I am at the beginning of another year starting over (once again). I have until the end of September 2014 to complete this list. Here it goes!


Health and Fitness
1 Be able to touch my toes when stretching
2 Complete 30 day shred (in at least 40 days)
3 Complete the 100 Pushup Challenge
4 Complete the 200 Sit Up Challenge
5 Complete the 200 Squat Challenge
6 Do at least 30 minutes cardio 3x each week (52 weeks) (4/52)
7 Do Pilates every morning before work for 2 weeks
8 Drink 64 (or more) ounces of water a day (30 days)
9 Start a strength training routine and stick with it 3x a week for at least 3 months
10 Go to the Dermatologist

  • I am saying this is complete since I have been doing Weight Watchers and tracking what I eat for the last 6 weeks.
